The two track sliding door frame is made of Seaons uPVC multichambered uPVC profile of size 60mm x 60mm x 2.3mm ± 0.2mm wall thickness and reinforced with 1 piece Zincromite Mild Steel tube of size 31mm x 13mm x 1.2mm wall thickness. The uPVC profile of 2 track sliding door frame will be mitered and joined at the corner by fusion welding. All three tracks will be fitted with aluminum track to ensure smooth running of the sliding door sash.
The sliding door sash is made of Seasons uPVC multi chambered profile of size 92mm x 42mm x 2.3mm ± 0.2mm wall thickness reinforced with Zincromite Mild Steel tube of size 27mm x 38mm x 1.2mm wall thickness fitted with door rollers. The uPVC door sash will be mitered and joined at the corners by fusion welding. Single or double glass will be fixed in the sash with the help of uPVC beading. The EPDM gasked will be fixed to the sash / beading from all around to seal the window perfectly. The sliding door sash will be fitted with a suitable interlock of 48mm x 45mm on one horizontal side of each sliding door sash. Sliding door will be fitted with weather strip at required places.

Touch lock or sliding door handle and transmission gear with anti burglar locking system or inline sliding handle concealed (popup handle) made of Zinc Alloy (Zamak) with lock and transmission gear with anti burglar locking system.

The uPVC profile of 3 track sliding door frame will be mitered and joined at the corner by fusion welding. All three tracks will be fitted with aluminum track to ensure smooth running of the sliding sash.
